Everybody tries to explain what love is. Everybody has an opinion. But how to reach it, how to feel it in every step you make so you can tell others what love is? So you can become the love. Anything that surrounds you is filled with love. Anybody, any situation or simple thing, when you stop looking with your eyes trying to put everything in your mind, you can set yourself free by seeing and believing – THERE IS LOVE. We have gone so far from our true being, when we knew what love, gratitude, forgiveness, kindness, and the joy of life really are. When you could easily feel those subtle pure feelings. This life has been given to you to come back to your true being, to connect with universe and divine love.
1. Stop and be here and now.
We are so used to chasing something. Time, money, goals that you totally forget to be here and now. Whether you regret something in the past or you live in worries about the future totally forgetting this moment which creates your future and can change your past. You can miss something being in hurry; life and the universe give so many opportunities that you can’t notice because you are too busy worrying about something you can’t see. The here and now has all the answers, the joy, the meaning of being alive.
2. Appreciate what you have.
There are so many things in your life to be thankful for. Take your time and feel gratitude for anything that has happened, what is happening and what will happen with you. Even for what hasn’t happened to you. There is a reason for everything that is in your life. You have created it. It is the best for you. To learn love is not about wanting something else, but really appreciating and being grateful for what you have. Simple, daily things.
3. Embrace anything inside you and around you.
Everybody wants a better life, thinking if you will have this or that or you don’t have this or that, you will be happy after all. But it is a fight with reality you can’t win. You can’t change anything with the fight. When you accept your weaknesses you stop giving them energy. It is easier to change them. When you release the outer world and let it be as it is made, you can see how much beauty there is. How much to be thankful for and how much love there is. When you are in nature, you don’t think this flower is not beautiful enough, you appreciate it without rush or worries about the future. The same with other people or yourself. See the beauty no matter what color it is made of, the smell or shape. Accept who you are and others and see how easy it is to live, how much energy you have when you stop fighting.
4. Forgive yourself and others.
Regrets hold you back. It is like a trailer reminding you what you have done wrong. But there is nothing wrong or right; it is the way it is – with a lesson for you, with an opportunity to put your mind aside and look with your heart and soul and feel yourself.
5. Have faith.
No worries, no fears, just a deep faith that everything will be alright. You trust yourself. When your mind is calm, when you have stopped your daily rush with no fight with yourself and outer world, you can hear your inner voice and connect with the subtle world and receive answers, visions and opportunities which help you to grow and be one. The most complicated things are the easiest. What you are looking for far away, is right here in your heart. Take all your courage and let yourself live each day with love.
